CAMPING INFORMATION
NO DOGS ALLOWED - If you have a legitimate service dog, please alter us in advance. Those trying to bring an illegitimate service dog in will be banned to life from Oldtone. Please folks, a crowed festival is no place for a dog or for everyone to start bringing their dogs. Thanks for understanding
NO Golf Carts or other recreation small vehicles allowed without written approval from OLDTONE.
No Glass or Open Fires Allowed!
All advance Camping tickets offer entrance to "Upper Camping" around the main stage. When these are sold out, we will offer "Lower Camping" tickets. All Camping space is first-come first-serve! And YES your RV reservation saves you a spot for your RV.
Each festival attendee who is camping needs a camping ticket. This gets one Adult and one vehicle into the Upper Campground located around the Main Stage. Space is very limited and these will sell out. Along with your vehicle, a small camper or pop-up trailer is permitted with this ticket. Those campers or trailers OVER 18 FEET long must also purchase the “Upper Camping RV/Trailer Reservation” with your Camping tickets if you want your trailer in the Upper Campground. Most of the terrain is hilly, but this is where the action is! There is no official quiet camping here, but we do have a small (no big RVs) family camping area set aside for those with young children. There is potable water, a handicap camping area in this campground. There are porta-potties in all campgrounds. This year we aim to park cars and campers in a way to give folks a better view of the stage! Please note: due to the hills in the campground, if we experience any inclement weather, the Festival or Fire Company reserves the right to deny access or exit to and/or from this campground when safety becomes an issue. *Please note: If this year's attendance is maxed out this year we reserve the right to add a vehicle ticket to enter the upper camping ground in an effort to control the limited space we have in that area, by encouraging some to park in the day lot. Thanks for helping us keep the campground as safe and as open as possible!
Day Tickets - Good for one day at time, Day Ticket holders may only park in the Day Parking Lot
Kids-12 and Under Always Free! Youth Day Ticket: $15 (13-17 year olds), Youth Camping Ticket: $30 (13-17 year olds) covers youth entrance to both Upper and Lower Campgrounds. There is a first-come first-serve family camping area in “Upper Camping” near the Stage. No large RVs are permitted here. Only pop-ups, small 18-foot-and-under trailers are permitted in this area.
Those Bringing RVs or Camper Trailers - This year there will be a limited number of RV/Camper space reservations for the Upper Campground. If your RV, Camper or Trailer is longer than 18’ feet you MUST buy that ticket or we will NOT let you into the Upper Campground. There is no RV reservation or charge for RVs/Trailers, or Campers over 18 feet long who want to camp in the lower campground. Also new this year, these rigs will have three reserved areas in which they can be parked in Upper Camping. These are the most level and safest areas for big rigs. One is located on the very top of the hill overlooking the stage area, along the tree line, one is on the side of the main stage area next to the merch tent. The other is just inside the main entrance off to the side away from the stage. All space is first-come first-serve. All RVs and Trailers must park in the same orientation as instructed by Oldtone Parking Staff. Because it gets very crowded in this area on the hill, we ask you to help us keep everyone safe and follow directions and rules! RVs entering the festival after sunset, or during rain or inclement weather may or may not be able to enter the campgrounds. This will be an Oldtone staff game-time decision. Please plan to get there early if you have a rig! There are no hooks-up, but pump-out service is available for a fee of $40. Small generators may be used for a brief time from 11am to 12:30pm only (the festival may suspend this privilege at any time if noise becomes too loud).
Those with Disabilities: There will be reserved space with handicapped bathrooms located in both campgrounds. We have reserved day-parking space for those in need behind the main stage and in the day parking lots. We also have golf cart shuttles at peak times between the parkings lots and Lower Camping to the Main Fest area.

In order to provide an enjoyable and trouble-free environment for all of our attendees, we ask all in attendance to practice common sense and follow some simple guidelines so that everyone will be safe and able to enjoy this beautiful farm festival!
SEATING & VIEWING ETIQUETTE
We have a “share a chair” policy. You may sit in any unoccupied chair inside the stage area but please be courteous and move when the chair’s owner arrives.
Please do not move or remove those chairs and, in particular, do not block the aisles or steps up to the stage.
Seating in concert areas is on a first-come, first-served basis.
You may leave your chair in place all weekend. Bring your own chairs or blankets.
Please do not block the view of others. Common sense is your best guide. Be respectful of those around you, and pay attention to those behind you.
Sunbrellas may be set up along the perimeter of the main stage seating area.
No chairs on the dance floor please! You may bring chairs to the workshop stage.
GENERAL FESTIVAL NO-NO'S

No Pets are allowed on the festival grounds. NO DOGS PLEASE!!! This is a working farm and we do not allow dogs!
*All Guide Dogs and working service dogs will be allowed the freedom and access necessary.

All paddocks containing animals are “out of bounds” and are not festival grounds. For your safety, everyone must respect the boundaries of the festival and farm. If anyone attempts to break this rule, they will be immediately ejected from the festival with no refund.
ALCOHOL
No “Bring Your Own” open alcohol is to be transported into or to be displayed in the main festival or stage area. You can bring coolers into the stage area but they must fit under your seat. Beer and wine will be for sale in the main festival area to those over the age of 21. We have a NO GLASS rule.
ELECTRIC/WATER

GENERATORS
Please limit the use of small generators in the RV section of the campground to between the hours of 10:00 am and 12:30 pm. Campers operating generators may be asked by Festival Security Guards to turn them off at any time if generator use interferes with the festival experience. Campers who refuse to observe generator guidelines may be asked to leave the grounds.
CAMPING DETAILS
The festival site has plenty of camping room for tenters as well as RV’ers. The “Full Camping Ticket” lets the ticket holder camp in the camping area of the grounds only. Daily ticket holders may not bring vehicles or camping gear into the campground.
Campsites of groups of six shall not be more than 1250 sq/ft. RVs must purchase a separate RV reservation ticket in addition to a Full Camping Ticket per person as we have limited space and need to make sure we have a space for you! Small trailers taking up a length of 23' feet or less—such as pop-up campers—do not need this ticket. If your RV trailer or motorhome is 24' or over you need this ticket to reserve a space for you in the RV area.
Please emailoldtonefest@gmail.com if you have a question about your rig! There are no hooks up, but pump-out service is available for a fee of $40.
You can save campsites for your friends and family to arrive at a later time. If space becomes scarce you will be required to reasonably share camping site space with ticket holders looking for camping space. Please welcome your brothers and sisters to camp next to you!
Park vehicles perpendicular to the roads to conserve space, and maintain a 20-foot-wide unobstructed traffic lane in the campground for emergency services, should they ever be needed.
Main Camping Area: There is no curfew for campsite picking in the Main Camping area which is located around the Main Stage. Any extremely loud activity will be addressed by festival staff, please be considerate! Amplified music played at respectful volumes and consistent with old-time music is permitted from 9am to 10pm in the main campground.
Quiet Camping Area: Please note there is a Quiet Camping option. In the quiet camping area music should not be played from 10pm until 10am. There is no amplified music in the quiet camping area. Please make sure you choose the right spot for your own comfort. The quiet camping area is farther from the Main and Dance Stages (and therefore more quiet), and there will be shuttle options.
Oldtone reserves the right to ask anyone to turn anything off at any time. Our goal is to create and maintain an old-time festival atmosphere and experience for our festival attendees.
FIRE & COOKING SAFETY
No ground fires are allowed!
Use only camp stoves or grills for cooking.
